Information Submission Guidelines:

What kind of information are we looking for?

• Information on an actor who has secured a role in a television show as a series regular, recurring, guest-star or co-star, or other featured character with face time and dialogue
• Information on an actor who has secured a role in a made for television movie
• Information on an actor who has appeared on television on a talk/variety show
• Information on an actor who has secured a role in a television pilot or television show in development
• Information on an actor who has secured a role in a television commercial
• Information on an actor who has secured a role in a film as a lead, co-star, or other featured character with face time and dialogue
• Corrections or additions to information posted

Note: Information about actors appearing as background (extras) or in non-dialogue roles is generally not reported.

When submitting information about an actor who has a role in a television series or episode, please furnish the following information:

• Required - Enter and verify your email address. Your email address will only be used if we need to contact you about your posting. It will not be displayed or shared.
• Required - The actor's name who booked it
• Actor's IMDb link (leave blank if no link available)
• Actor's picture (optional)
• Required - Select Project Type
• Required - Describe the project including the following:
• For television - project name, network, episode name and/or number, and air date if known
• For films - project name, type (feature, short, student, etc), and filming and release date if known
• The role the actor will be playing with information on the character's name and details of how they fit into the plot
• Whether the booking is a series regular, recurring, guest-star, co-star, or other designation
• IMDb links of all actors in your description (if applicable), the personal website link of who booked it (if applicable), as well as the project link (if applicable).

Note: Use the Insert Link into Description button to add a link by following these instructions:
• Highlight the person’s name or project name associated with the link
• Click the Insert Link into Description button
• Type or copy and paste website address into pop-up box
• Click the OK button


• Remember - the more information you supply, the quicker your booking will be posted.

Sample Submissions:

Television Submission:

John Doe has booked the Guest Star role of Dr. Robert Payne in the ABC TV Series "Long Road Home". The episode titled "No More Payne" is scheduled to air on January 15. John's character is a new doctor in town and realizes the town does not take well to having a new doctor and they do everything they can to run him out of town.

Film Submission:

John Doe has booked the lead role of Billy in the feature film "Billy the Kid Rides Again" starring David Green and is due for release in the USA in December, 2007. The film is a modern day version of Billy the Kid and is being distributed by Warner Bros. Filming is scheduled to begin in February in Texas.
